REMOTE RELIABILITY REVIEW
Know where your
technology stands.
A backup you haven’t tested. Cameras you’re not sure are recording. A network that keeps interrupting work.
Choose one concern. Work directly with an engineer to understand the problem and leave with a written plan.

START WITH ONE CONCERN
What would you like
to feel confident about?
Select a focus. We’ll carry it into your request.
A full restore exercise, hands-on repair, hardware, licensing, and on-site work are separately scoped. This review is not an exhaustive security audit or a recovery guarantee.
A SMALL, CLEAR FIRST STEP
Get clarity before
committing to a bigger project.
You don’t need to replace your IT provider to get a second set of experienced eyes. We can work with your existing team and document what we find.

Straight answers.
Do I need to know what’s wrong?
No. Describe what concerns you. We’ll confirm whether a two-hour review is a useful fit before you pay.
Can this be done remotely?
Usually, when the relevant system is reachable and an authorized person can grant appropriate access. We confirm this first. Physical faults or an unreachable site may need an on-site technician and separate scope.
Will you change anything?
The review is primarily inspection and diagnosis. Any change, intrusive test, or repair is agreed with you separately. You stay in control of access and authorization.
What happens after the review?
You keep the written findings. You can act on them yourself, give them to your provider, or ask KCCS for a separate implementation or ongoing-care proposal.
Is this emergency support or a full security audit?
No. This is a scheduled, bounded reliability review. Urgent response, full restore testing, incident response, and compliance assessments need separate scope and availability.
